The Pipes are Calling…
…and we answered! Follow this daily blog as I document the restoration of the historic organ at Grace Episcopal Church in Providence – a beacon of music and spirituality in the heart of downtown Providence, Rhode Island.
The Pipes of Grace (with apologies to ‘Danny Boy’)
Oh, pipes of Grace, we hope you hear us calling,
From gallery to chancel on both sides,
You’ve been away, and how we’ve missed your singing,
We count the days until you all arrive!
So please come back when summer’s nearly over
And settle in before the snowflakes fly
We’ll wait for you with patience and excitement
Dear pipes of Grace, we’re calling out to you!
