The blog has been quiet for a week or so – we had a Collegium Ancora concert on Sunday (April 19) which was quite brilliant if I do say so myself! But with all the intense rehearsals I didn’t find any blogging time!
Casavant has sent a few pics from the shop which I’ll share with you here. MUCH more to come soon! The featured image is the outer shell of our fabulous new console – so excited! It will be stained to match the chancel woodwork. Next comes all the interior – stop jambs, stop knobs, key cheeks, keyboards, etc. Below are some images of the new Gallery Great Trumpet and Trombone – these stops are going to add fire and gravitas to the gallery organ!
